These terms govern use of the Dragon Limo website and online ride-request form. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Requests are not confirmed reservations

Submitting the form sends a service request for manual review. It does not guarantee a vehicle, chauffeur, itinerary, price or reservation.
A reservation is confirmed only after Dragon Limo reviews availability and trip details, provides the applicable quote or terms and communicates confirmation to you.
Same-day and time-sensitive requests require direct confirmation from the team.

You agree to provide accurate contact, passenger and itinerary information and to promptly communicate material changes.
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with operation or use generated links in a misleading or unlawful way.

Vehicle preferences are subject to availability and final confirmation. A comparable vehicle may be proposed when necessary, with the details communicated before confirmation.
Routes, timing, stops, operating coverage, passenger capacity, luggage and third-party experiences are reviewed for feasibility and safety.
Decoration requests are optional and separately reviewed. Design, materials, installation, safety, timing and any additional price must be approved; decorations may not obstruct safe vehicle operation.

Prices shown in a later quote or confirmation control over general website descriptions. Online submission does not charge you.
Payment arrangements, change rules, waiting time and cancellation terms are provided with the applicable quote or confirmation. Those trip-specific terms become part of your reservation when accepted.

Destination and itinerary content is general planning information. Admission, lodging, meals, tickets and third-party services are not included unless expressly stated in a confirmed quote.
Third-party availability, closures, weather, traffic and government restrictions may affect an itinerary and are outside the website's control.

Dragon Limo owns or is authorized to use the website's branding, text, layout and media. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without permission.
We may update or temporarily suspend website features. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without a promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Allocated links and anonymous visit events may be used to understand how visitors reach the website and whether a request is started or submitted.

These website terms are governed by applicable Nevada and United States law, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
